Children's vitamins

Can anyone recommend a good multi vitamin for my 13 month old DD?

She eats well, but I'd still rather keep her 'topped up' especially with vitamin D.

The problem is that anything that is a thick syrup makes her retch to the point of throwing up. It's the same problem whether I give it to her on a spoon or on a syringe.

I tried putting some into a small amount of milk but she wasn't interested- she only drinks water or breast feeds and won't have more than a sip or two of juice or cows milk.

Any suggestions?

I used to use Better You junior vit spray when my DC were that age. They loved it.

I use Abidec and put it in her milk. Makes it taste like a raspberry ripple ice cream.

I use an Abidec one (orange box). I put it their porridge /weetabix.

@THNG5

I use an Abidec one (orange box). I put it their porridge /weetabix.
I put it in with a tiny dash of orange squash, but I must say the smell makes me gag too. My DD tends to try to drink out of her brother drink instead, but she just about gets through the laced one by the end of the day. She also still Bf.
