My ex told me he was taking me court over my child. last march 2020 and filed the application. But i haven't heard anything yet? Does anyone know how long court dates are taking during covjd

Generally you will hear from a solicitor first in the first week of application or the court would send you a letter
Court is as normal now but you don’t have to attend just your solicitor

Did he say he filled an application or have you received a letter?
