Had my Covid jab this morning, extensive dental work yesterday (have stitches in my mouth etc) . When I had my jab I hadn’t eaten more than an ice lolly in 24 hours, and was tired and am taking strong painkillers (dihydrocodeine) .
In car on way home I suddenly had a very odd feeling that I was going to pass out - I was laughing at something then very strange head rush, felt funny for about 20 seconds then back to normal .
I had two or three similar attacks last autumn and told they were probably panic attacks - was checked out by GP as they were associated with ectopic heartbeats . Also spoke to cardiology team who said satisfied it was anxiety .
I’m shattered now but frightened it could happen again . I’ve an appointment with GP next week so can talk to her but it was horrible feeling of impending doom . Does it sound like anxiety? Or low blood sugar ?
