We are looking to buy a detached house in Loudwater which seems to have the same avg house price as some of the nicer areas (i.e. Tylers Green) in High Wycombe (minus Manor road houses).
Before we commit, I wondered if people can share how the area is? We currently rent in Penn so familiar with the area but new to UK so not sure what to look out for. Is Loudwater a good area for families? Some reviews say its not a very good area...
