Give me your supper ideas please?

Going away next month in a caravan, plan is to eat out around 2 ish then have a 'supper' later on. As we're away I'd like something a bit special but easy. So far I've got cheese board but that's it!
Hit me with your best suppers please....

Supper here is usually a bowl of cereal but I sense that’s not what you are after.

Special but easy says to me - buy nice things and assemble.

Cheese board
Charcuterie
Pork pies/Picnic pie
Nice pate, tiny gherkins, pickled onions, baguette
Whole roast chicken from the supermarket, eat with baguette and aioli and a green salad
Indian snacks, raita with lots of cucumber and tomato, chutney

Cheese scones and chutney
Sausage, caramelised onion and mustard toastie
Brie and bacon toastie
Warm maple-glazed ham and coleslaw rolls
Cream cheese and salmon bagels
Poached egg and asparagus English muffins
