Hive heating problem - schedule not being used?!

Hi, heating isn't coming on this evening either via boost or schedule, have Googled and thermostat is connected. It say schedule is not being used. Any ideas what might be the problem please?!

Click on the Control tab and make sure at the bottom that “scheduled” is highlighted

Thanks, it was a problem with the boiler in the end, thought I was going crazy with the hive 😫
