Very basic smart watch for a child - does this exist?

I'm looking for some sort of watch for my 10 yr old (ASD and suspected ADHD) to help him with organising his time better. I want him to be able to set reminders that say on the screen why they are going off (otherwise he will just forget why it's beeping). But I don't want it to have games or apps or internet access... Does something like that exist? It needs to be wearable and preferably waterproof, but I know this is getting into moon on a stick territory 😂

DS7 has the Garmin Vivofit Jnr 3 and it does those sorts of things (buy.garmin.com/en-GB/GB/p/711488/pn/010-02441-10)

I meant to say, you can set reminders with text from the app on parent's phone
