There are the Lego Mindstorms kits. You can build and programme robots.

Voucher for a day out to a local attraction.

I hired my teen a virtual reality headset for 24hrs approx £50 including drop off and collection.
Loads of fun to play and as a spectator you can link it to the tv to watch the action

Just looked at Lego mindstorm, that's a bit more than I / other family members have to spend, but thank you Tonton

Attraction is a good idea moments there's a bounce adventure thingy opened up nearby he might like.

What sort if virtual realities did your teen experience southcoast ?

How refreshing! A 14 year old that doesn't use their phone or Xbox much 😁
How about a driving experience? Not as £££ as you might think.
