I’m determined to make this a special summer for my two and prepared to throw money at the challenge.

Looking for one London theatre show
We’ve already seen Matilda, wicked and Annie.

Considering Joseph / lion king / billy Elliot

9 and almost 12

Huge thanks

I used to threaten my kids with London too. But I thought it wasn't allowed to do it any more?

Confused?!

My two bloody life London. I book a hotel, Nando’s (their fav!) and then south bank, get together with friends from when we used to live there etc
It’s a real treat for them (and me! My heart belongs to London)

@Egghead81, look at your title!

Great typo!

I really want to take mine to see Lion King (or Starlight Express, but I don't think that's on in the UK at the moment.) I think they may be past Frozen now, which I had hoped to take them too.

I really recommend School of Rock if it’s still on. The tickets were much cheaper than what we paid for Matilda and in my opinion it was far superior.
Wasn’t expecting it to be anywhere near as good as it was.

Oh heavens!!Grin

I’ve narrowed it to school of rock and everyone’s talking about Jaime
Dilemma!

School of Rock is great.

There are some great smaller children's theatres in London too. Half moon theatre, Little Angel puppet theatre, Arcola does childrens stuff, Unicorn and Jackson's Lane. Admittedly I can't see anything to book yet due to covid, but they are cheaper and better imo than West end.

Lion King is amazing. School of Rock also fab for that age. Andrew Lloyd Webber has produced a new take on Cinderella but not sure if that has opened yet.

Everybody's Talking about Jamie is possibly my favourite ever but there is a bit of language to just be aware of.
