Easy tonight.

DCs- Chicken goujons with mash, sweetcorn, green beans with butter and honey sesane carrots.

Me- ribeye steal with above veg.

DH- the veg only (he is vegetarian).

This week the Dcs are at supper club a couple of times at school so I am thinking of treating myself to things they would never eat such as Beef Wellington.

Tonight probably chicken fajitas, wednesday will be a speedy ‘whatever is in the fridge that needs using up’ night as dh and I are both out doing stuff in the evening, Thursday I think we’re making pizzas and Friday will be another fridge/freezer raid because we’re going on holiday so I’ve cancelled my Friday morning shopping delivery.
We don’t really meal plan, always have the stuff in to make pizzas, the fridge and freezer are always well stocked, enough to make meals from in a hurry.

Chicken tikka masala last night from Sunday's left over chicken.
Gyros and rice tonight. ( I'm foreign)
No idea about the rest of the week, my DH will be cooking.

Monday - spaghettini carbonara.
Tuesday - beef quesadilla (with leftover slow cooked brisket from the freezer), salad, fried potatoes

I think I am doing a fridge/ cupboard and freezer raid today also. So probably things like sardines on toast and I have stuffed chicken breasts in the freezer (somewhere..... )

slow cooker dhal tonight as i found some yellow split peas when decluttering. They are 4 years past their best before but should be right considering they are dried!

Well in the end, we had peri peri chicken, roasted peppers, flatbreads, wedges, yoghurty dip, a big salad and griddled halloumi tonight. Quite a feast but used up some of the stuff lurking in the veg drawer and the potatoes that needed eating!

It was Gobi Aloo tonight but I did add in a can of chickpeas. It tasted so good!
