Activities for a bouncy castle party when not everyone can go on at once

It seems only 6 children can go on the bouncy castle at once. I didn't think this through did I ? 😬

So far I have a colouring table.. although could be interesting if it's windy... what else would you do ?

Birthday boy will be turning 5 .. so most of his friends are already 5 and it's a mix of girls and boys outside

It seems only 6 children can go on the bouncy castle at once. nobody sticks to that.

Well, I think they would want breaks even if there wasn't a limit on numbers. Colouring is always good for that or simple crafts. How about a bubble machine so they can chase the bubbles? Have you got much space? Maybe borrow some outdoor toys, goal and footballs, one of those things where you throw hoops over posts.

Are you or a friend any good at some simple face painting? Balloon modelling swords for sword fights? A table with biscuits or cakes to decorate with sweets and squeeze icing? Bubbles? Some kind of simple craft like decorating a pirate/ party hat each? Buy some inflatables like beach balls for them to throw around?
