Yes definitely positive and a normal strength of line for 4 days before period. Congratulations.

Mypip1 · 23/05/2021 14:25

Yes, that’s definitely an early positive. For comparison, with my youngest, I took one at 12 dpo (after feeling ridiculously ill from 5 dpo) and it was blazing white negative. I took another at 16 dpo and it was very positive.

SteveArnottsCodeine · 23/05/2021 14:30

I had one like that at 9dpo with my now 4 year old. Take another one in a few days, I’m sure it will be much darker by then. Congratulations!

Mypip1 · 23/05/2021 14:33

Its a miracle, honestly! In April i had a miscarriage at 18 weeks and we decided to try straight away, its exactly what i needed to heal my heart!

Mypip1 · 24/05/2021 09:23

I really dont see the lines in the second one though!??

OP posts:
JackieTheFart · 24/05/2021 10:23

Honestly I don’t see two lines on either of them.

Wait a week and then test again.

TentTalk · 24/05/2021 10:26

I can see 2 lines on both tests, but the second is fainter.

Mypip1 · 24/05/2021 10:46

WHY is the second fainter! Surely it should be darker?! Im loosing my god damn mind over this s**t.

OP posts:
MyDcAreMarvel · 24/05/2021 10:50

Not necessarily darker in one day. Plus hcg is higher in the late afternoon. I would advise don’t drink or wee between 2pm and 5pm and retest.

Mypip1 · 24/05/2021 11:43

@MyDcAreMarvel oh right i didn't know that, i thought it was best to use the first pee of the day! I will do another this evening then, thank you!

OP posts:
MyDcAreMarvel · 24/05/2021 11:51

They said to use first pee because you haven’t urinated/drank for hours but as long as you hold of drinking or peeing later on is better. I can see a line on the second test. Also hcg takes 48 hours to double so testing 24 hours apart in the morning doesn’t always give a darker line.

Thisisjaaam · 24/05/2021 11:53

Both clearly positive

Mypip1 · 24/05/2021 11:54

@MyDcAreMarvel thank you so much, had no idea of that information! Really helps me understand things better! ❤️

OceanVibes · 24/05/2021 11:59

The first morning wee is the best time to test as HCG is higher in the morning, I can see a faint line on the second as well it definitely looks like positive tests to me.

I would test again in the morning.

Mypip1 · 24/05/2021 12:07

Will do thanks @OceanVibes im going through these tests at a serious rate 😂 💲💲expensive business ttc 😂

I have to say I can’t see a line on either. Hopefully there is one, but in future if you’re likely to be using a few pregnancy tests I’d just buy a pack of 10/20/30 cheap ones on Amazon - I think I used to buy “One Step”. No plastic casing, you have to dip the strip in a cup but they are honestly just as sensitive and only pennies. Much cheaper for ovulation tests as well.
