Help 15 year olds birthday

It’s DS birthday in a few weeks. He’ll turn 15. We usually take him out for the day with a friend while someone else has our younger children.
As it falls in half term, most of his friends are away so unable to bring anyone this year, so he’s chose for us all to go out for day as a family.

We have done all sorts over the years so I’m stuck for somewhere to go.

We live NW and seem to be gravitating towards the lakes but not sure where to go with something to do. Ages range 3, 5, 6 and 15.

Any suggestions very welcome.

You could spend the day at Brockhole. They have two tree-top treks. The short one is for children aged 5 and above, the bigger one is for adults and older children. They also have tree top nets for which the min age is 3 www.treetoptrek.co.uk/activities/treetop-nets-windermere There’s also mini golf, a brilliant adventure playground, archery, indoor caving and laser clay shooting.

Not too far from Conwy in North Wales so manageable from the NW, the tree top nets is great fun. My teen and infant aged children both love it. They also have zip safari’s and a younger version for smaller children.

Chill Factore in Manchester is good fun too.

Crocky trail near Chester is good fun too if you get decent weather.
