Has anyone done this? Does it reduce your monthly direct debit?
I recently switched from one provider and EE said they'd refund the charges. Turns out they refund a maximum of 50 pounds, via an online claim form. I've done that but wondering how I 'get' the 50 once it's applied to the account.
Switching didn't fix my internet dropping out problem, but hey ho.
