What do your young DC say happened at school?

Do they tell you anything?
My DS5 says 'I don't know' or 'I don't remember' to any variations of how was your day at school / what did you do / what did you eat etc
I don't know why ask anymore! Hey maybe one day!!

Either "I can't remember" "I don't know" or some outlandish lie like "the teacher said I smelled of poo today" he's only 5 though

9yo DD tells me about who fell out with who.

Neither mention their schoolwork. Could be making registration plates like a bubch of prisoners for all I know
