Help me find a skirt like this please!

I'm putting together a wench fancy dress costume and I need a skirt like this. A plain tiered skirt, all I can find are embroidered ones which I don't like, I think an embroidered one would look all wrong. The one in this photo comes as the whole outfit, it's also from China and takes ages. If it arrived and didn't fit, I wouldn't have very long to find a replacement!

Oh I forgot to add I'm fat so needs to be plus size, around size 20. I've been scouring the internet and am really struggling!

On Amazon look for cotton underskirt. I have the black one and it is substantial enough to be used as a skirt
