What do you do for an ankle break or fracture that's been there a while?

Exactly that, I hurt my ankle about 5 weeks ago and have been hobbling, bandaging etc and now the swelling has gone down you can feel a bone that's out of place, but it seems odd to go to a and e now, is it a drs job?

Definitely a &e don’t leave it

Our nanny has a damaged foot from a break that unfortunately was missed and not operated on promptly (left for a year)
