Hello. Ladies... Greetings of the day.. For the very first point am going to share my feeling/happiness for the ladies those are delivering babies normally in this modern time.. I came to know that doctors in West (Not in India) prefer for normal delivery everytime even if the case is little difficult.. I really appreciate... But here(India) docs don't hv patience to wait for the labour and evn would be mothers.. And another problm lies is money here..docs get enough money from cs than normal.. My point is here that I am into 7 month now.. Can you help me to find ways for normal delivery, I mean tips, excercise, food? I would be really grteful... Plz. Pass the strength too..

I don't know how the health care system works there but could you get a private midwife or doula who could advocate for you? Or prepare for a home birth - with a midwife present to spot any issues which arise to take you to hospital.

Unfortunately I don't think any food or exercise is going to make a difference.

Are you not allowed to simply tell the foctors that you don't want a CS unless it's an emergency.

There are plenty of excercises you can do to encourage the baby into prime position for birth. E.g. m.youtube.com/watch?v=xHtln_HLuLs

In general, try to remain active and walk about a bit during labour.

In terms of food, apparantly mejula dates and raspberry leaf tea help ripen the cervix. I'm not sure how effective they actually are though.
