Apologies, this is my first time posting!
Around two years ago I purchased two tickets to see Diana Ross as a present. Originally planned for July 2020 this was then postponed to July 2021 and finally 2022.
However, today I received an email stating that the tickets had been cancelled but we would receive a refund...not ideal but understandable given the situation. Understandable until I read at the bottom of the email that if you’d still like to see Diana Ross in 2022 then tickets could be repurchased.
Originally paying around £160 a ticket previously, the exact same tickets are now £261 each!
Surely this is not right, they can’t cancel my ticket for a tour that is still going ahead and make people repurchase their tickets with a hundred pound increase??
Someone get Martin Lewis on the phone
