Advice - fish

Would you eat fish that was out of the fridge (in Tupperware) at 12 degrees for nearly three hours? The Tupperware still felt cold to the touch. Going to oven bake the fish at 200 degrees.

Only 3 hours yes, I’d eat it. Left out overnight no, I wouldn’t.
