Excuse the rant but
...it’s either a moron or someone with such a high intellect you need a phd and a Mensa certificate to be able to navigate .
I just want to take my children swimming, we have 3 local council pools each run by a diff website: better U.K., 1 life, and my time active. It’s a fucking minefield.
Eg. One has a booking option of “swim for all” or “family swim”, even the operator on the phone didn’t know the difference
The other website takes me to a login - I’m not a member, but it’s a council gym ffs
The third has a toddler swim session that just says “registered” next to it- I’ve tried calling to ask what this means and I’m number 20 in the queue.
Arghhh- tell me I’m not the only one!
