Booked my vaccinations but no confirmation?

I booked my jabs about fifteen minutes ago, entered my mobile number and email but I've had no confirmation text/email and I'm slightly worried that it hasn't actually booked. I did get a booking number but accidentally closed the window before I copied them 😣😣😣 so I can't even check. yes I'm a fucking idiot - I normally screen grab stuff but caught the x as I was swapping hands (booked on my phone)

Try booking again. If your first attempt was successful, the booking ref will come up.

I would call up the phone line and give them your details name number etc they should be able to see your booking, if you booked online. I did. The same and I never did receive a email or text for the first one but my second I did. They were very helpful when I called. It’s best to check.

Sadly it didn't work - let me go all the way through the booking then just dumped me back onto the main page.

When we booked ours via the NHS website, I got my confirmation quite quickly. My husband’s took a couple of hours to come through.

I booked yesterday and confirmation never came through. But if you go back to the booking site and scroll down there is a 'Manage my booking' option - you enter your details and it will give you the details of your booking if it was made.

I booked yesterday and confirmation never came through. But if you go back to the booking site and scroll down there is a 'Manage my booking' option - you enter your details and it will give you the details of your booking if it was made.
It needs a booking number to proceed which I don't have.

It can take days to come through at busy times. I booked on the day there was the announcement about 45-49 YOs being able to book, which was a Tuesday and it took until the Friday for the texts to come through.

When I booked mine and dh’s vaccine I got a confirmation straight away but he got his the next day. I did screen shot the reference number though as someone else on mumsnet had the same issue, so I was able to check he was booked in.

I booked my first vaccine on Monday, got no email or text notification at all.

I turned up for it yesterday and I was in their system and got jabbed.

I think the confirmation/email notifications are a bit glitchy.

My DH didn't get an email confirmation when he booked his. He just took a screen shot of the confirmation page (you need the booking reference number when you attend) and he didn't have any issues when he went for the appointment,

it did this for me yesterday too. I called the 119 number and they told me my booking reference over the phone. they did also say the people at the vaccination centre would be able to find it too with just my name / dob etc too.

I never got a confirmation email/text and wasn't asked for reference number on the day either. I did take a screenshot but didn't need it.

Thanks - I actually need to change it because I've booked it at exactly the same time as a dental appointment (and that I can't change - been waiting since Feb to see a specialist)

Just fucking up all over the place today 🤷🏻‍♀️😔😣

I got my confirmation after I'd had my first jab, about 48 hours after I'd booked it!

DH has got his confirmation email about 5 hours later.
