I am being super lazy and am making chicken burgers. have buns, have ettuce tomatos and chicken goujons.

trifle for pudding.

Home tomorrow un expectedly as we have the dreaded virus in the office so plan to make something more interesting..... but am stumped re ideas!

Sausage tray bake. Peppers, potatoes and butternut squash. Mustard and honey glaze. Yum!

Halloumi and pea curry

Can’t really help you - ours is a bit boring too: Jamie’s mac n cheese and a green salad. Tomorrow it’s pea, feta and mint frittata.

Fish pie. I defrosted the freezers this morning and found lots of different fish. They will have it with carrots and broccoli. Pudding will be something from their treat boxes, but they would have loved a trifle!

Prawn spaghetti with lemon butter, parmesan and parsley.
Garlic bread.

DH is barbecuing all the random bits of meat he found in the freezer. Will conjure up some kind of salad to accompany!

Slow cooked brisket in red wine with roast potatoes, carrot and swede and cabbage.

Leftover bolognese from yesterday. Very exciting.

Chicken satay with broccoli and kale done in the oven so it's crispy like seaweed.

Family favourite and nice and quick to make after picking up from clubs.

Not sure. Might make cauliflower soup ... honestly, it's really nice.

Feeling meh with a cold so need something that only takes minutes to cook.

Five snap. Mac & Cheese, green salad, crudités for the kids.

(Speaking of which, instead of crudités, there an English word for "cut up sticks of raw veg"??)

An invention / sausages broken down into meatballs slow cooked in a tomato ragu type thing with cannellini and butter beans, baked in the oven with mozzarella on top

Chicken breasts stuffed with garlic butter and cheese, chips and coleslaw.

Spaghetti alla puttanesca.

Usually we have it on its own as it’s my go-to for a no effort dinner, but I think I might put some aubergine on the griddle pan to accompany it.

Chickpea salad. Basically chickpeas, cucumber, sweetcorn, and whatever salad stuff I can find in the fridge that needs using.

Burrito bowls: Mexican rice, refried beans, spiced veg mix, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and a pile of cheese.

Jacket potato, beans and cheese.

Oh some of these sound lovely. Lamb chops are my favourite also.

Homemade chicken zinger burgers and chips, chicken and veg pasta for those who don’t eat burgers.

Sausages and mash. The laziest I can possibly get without getting a takeaway 😂
