Does anyone wash their karndean floor with normal floorwash rather than the karndean stuff?

Cause honestly what a bloody faff. we moved a few months ago and the previous owner left the bottles of cleaner and whatnot. It's like a system, 1-2-3. Got to use some rough scrubber thing and not to let the fluid dry before washing off then another treatment to use and go to bed.
Is something really bad going to happen if I just use flash? I kinda feel they've created all these products as a money maker scam thing.

I use a flash power mop and it's fine I would use any old floor cleaner.

Mine is lucky if it gets shown a floor wipe. I definitely would not be mucking about with a 3 step programme!

We've had karndean for over 10 years and I didn't even realise there was special stuff.
Vacuum and steam mop here once a week, or thereabouts.

I'm off to mop with flash...so excited!! Haha

Op I've used a flash power mop on mine and it's been fine. We moved in in December.
The previous owner put a white floor in the kitchen. Drives me nuts, but is too big an area to replace.

I read you shouldn't use a steam mop if it's the glued down type because of the heat loosening the adhesive. Might be worth a bit of research

I think the scrubber and stuff is for occasional use like once a year refresh job

I sweep then spray mop. Looks fine.

We've had karndean down for 7 years... We also just hoover and the mop as normal with flash

I didn’t realise we were meant to use anything g special 😂.
