Covid Vaccination Card - Ive lost it, my only proof of having it

I think Ive accidentally lost my little vaccine card that I was given at my first appointment, it had the batch number on, will they have this registered on a computer file somewhere? This is my proof of having the vaccine isnt it. 2nd vaccine due soon

I am a COVID vaccinator, the details of your vaccine will be on your file. Don't worry we have quite a few people who lost their card, we just write a new one!

If you get the NHS app your vaccine status also shows on there.

Dont worry they can give you another one. Also if you download the NHS app your vaccination details are on there

You will get a new card, when you have had the second vaccine. Also, as mentioned by a pp, the NHS app will show and prove your vaccine status. Your GP surgery will help, for those unable to get the app.

Scotland doesn’t issue cards at all. The info is all just online. Relax, OP!

Your vaccination record is in the regular NHS app, not the Covid app.
