New car recommendations

I have had 7 cars in the years since I passed my test. One of them (a Hyundai i30) lasted me five years until I was in an accident and the others lasted a year because most of them (4/5) ended up breaking down repeatedly and I can't really afford an unreliable car that's always in the garage.

Now, I currently have a Kia Sportage (2017) and it is constantly in the garage with one thing or another which is annoying but under warranty so cheap. However, this week it broke down in the middle of the road and then I was left without a car for work. I work in another city about 25 miles away, public transport is a nightmare, I start super early and need a reliable car. I also have to drive as part of my job from one area of the city to another which is not easily accessible via public transport.

So. I have seen a Hyundai Kona which I like. It's one of the sports versions so a little quicker than the other kona model. Does anyone have experience with this car? I am hoping it's going to be as reliable as my old Hyundai...

Or other recommendations? Things to consider are:

I have two small children so need five doors and a reasonable amount of space (the Hyundai i30 was sufficiently sized).
I would like at least parking sensors to the rear but preferably front and rear with a camera
Leather seats are better for the mud with the children but not essential
Cruise control
Bluetooth or Apple CarPlay for my phone
Heated seats would be nice but again not essential Grin

Oh also I don't want to buy brand new and budget would be £15k +/- a bit
