Fancy-ish places to eat in/near Lincolnshire?

It's my 30th birthday next month and would like to go for a fancier meal than regular pub grub with DH. We like steak/burger type food. I was initially thinking of Miller and Carter but MNetters on my other thread have told me it's not worth it for the money and I don't want to be disappointed!

We can easily get to Lincoln, Scunthorpe and Doncaster

Deffo Winteringham fields, Fabulous place and delicious food that's mostly done 0 food miles (they grow their own or are supplied by local farmers) - what's not to like? - Oh and if you plan on having a night of it, they have rooms too!
