My friend is going through a horrible time at the moment (cheating husband) and I am trying to plan a weekend to cheer her up as a surprise. I have booked us a little cottage in Moreton - in - Marsh and was hoping anyone local or who has visited could give me some recommendations of some good local pubs/bars/restaurants and also maybe somewhere we can travel to for more of a night out ( thinking Cirencester or Oxford maybe).
