Hi all, please can anyone recommend a nutritional dairy free shake that will help me build myself back up? I’ve been quite unwell and often struggle digesting meals. I’m eating lots of hearty soups but was wondering if there was some sort of protein/nutrition shake that I could add in daily that would give me some extra calories & nutrition whilst being easily digestible! Thanks fo any suggestions!!

Don't know if it's any help but I know that slimfast have introduced a new shake type drink, called, vegan vitality, I think.
Hope you feel better soon. Thanks

Myprotein and Purition both do a vegan/dairy free range of protein powders; I have one for breakfast on days when I’m in a hurry - scoop of powder, a banana or a handful of berries and some non dairy milk in the blender. They sell sample sachets so you can try them out.

Another option is Huel. My husband loves the berry flavour. I like the vanilla one with a teaspoon of honey.

If you don’t mind making your own, one of my favourites is:
1 banana
Frozen spinach
Peanut butter
Oat milk
Chia seeds
Vanilla essence
It sounds like it’ll be vile but really isn’t. You can also add half an avocado which makes it really creamy. Add a bit more oat milk if you do that though as it’ll be quite thick.
