Where to buy art online?

I'm looking for suggestions of where to shop online for art.

We've moved to a house with a big kitchen-diner and have a large blank wall that needs some artwork - maybe square 11m or more likely rectangular e.g. 1.5 0.75m or similar. A set of 3 pictures (triptych?) would work well too. It doesn't have to be original - prints would be fine, and my budget is up to £200. While I'd love to serendipitously spot the perfect thing in a gallery or shop, that would probably be a long time coming so I need some online shopping suggestions.

So far I've only looked at Etsy, but haven't found anything that both me and my DH like despite spending hours on it (it's very frustrating that they don't have a size filter!).

What sort of thing do you like? Have you looked at Tate Modern's online shop? You can see the print in different frames and sizes on a wall.

Have a look at artfinder.com and artgallery.co.uk

You could try to find an artist local to your area? Are you in the U.K.?

Thanks HollowTalk. Hard to define what we like, but we don't tend to like abstract art.

artgallery.co.uk is our go to, so many different artists, so many styles, for every budget but you can lose days on there.

I saw King and McGaw advertised recently so I clicked on it and actually they had of prints I really liked. I would try them.

midsomermurderess · 17/05/2021 16:29

I'd agree with King & McGaw. They have a wide range to choose from and the framing is very well done.

PiccalilliChilli · 17/05/2021 16:46

Love King and McGraw. We've been to two of their warehouse sales in Newhaven and picked up some absolute bargains.
