4 year old developmental issues

Hi - I’m new to mumsnet. My 4.5 year old is behind with communication and social interaction and is always on the go and a bit jumpy and noisy. I have started ABA therapy and speech therapy. He was a excluded from nursery recently due to biting. His communication is getting better all the time and he is less jumpy and noisy than he was. The speech therapist has said everything is there it just needs unlocking and the ABA therapist has said he is very bright. The tasks that the ABA therapist sets he gets through them quickly. The issue is that he is very different at home and when the therapists work with him or he has been at nursery he plays up more. I feel like no one believes how good he is at home. The paediatrician over the phone said he had autistic traits but inconclusive of course. Has anyone else experienced this or anything similar? He is due to start school in September potentially with an EHCP.
