Nando’s - what do you have?

Whole family wants Nando’s for dinner. It’s not somewhere I’d ever choose but happy to have it. What do you recommend? I like everything!

There's not a huge variety so it depends how you like your chicken!

I usually order one of the following:

Chicken thighs
Chicken Pitta
Sunset burger
Occasionally quarter chicken or half chicken

in "lemon and herb"

With chips and rice

But if it's for the family sometimes it works out better to go for one of the platters. There are menus online.

Medium chicken with fries, hallumi, and garlic bread.

There's a pita with chicken, halloumi and chilli jam. It's lovely.

Chicken wrap (medium) with halloumi and pineapple
Macho peas
Spicy rice or mash

(The chips are always soggy if you get them for takeaway)

Beanie burger with extra halloumi, medium, with macho peas and fries

Chicken breast wrap (medium) with cheese and pineapple. Piri piri fries and spicy rice on the side. Same every time. Gosh I miss Nandos!

Thanks all! Halloumi and chilli jam in some combination sounds right up my street. The family platters do look a good idea but I might order extra sides too. 😋

Half a chicken extra hot, and either two chips or one chips and one rice.

Butterfly chicken in lemon and herb, creamy mash, coleslaw. Halloumi and chilli jam. Yum 😋

You have to get the garlic bread.

The chicken livers are amazing but I think off the menu currently.

Chicken pitta,medium, with chilli jam and cheese
Peri chips
Garlic bread or sweetcorn
Peri mayonnaise

Medium Butterfly chicken breast, veggies in tomato sauce and spicy rice.

Plus chips and garlic bread to share if I’m feeling hungry/greedy.

TBH the last golfer times we’ve been it’s been a massive disappointment, so I won’t be back in a rush.

Hot butterfly chicken with either peri salted fries or sweet mash, side of halloumi & side salad.

Used to LOVE the churrasco (?) thigh burger, gutted they got rid.

Saying that, I'm mostly veggie now so it's be a whole new world to me! 😂

I always have a beanie wrap with spicy rice and macho peas. Kids choose the chicken burgers with chips and corn and dh has the fino pitta with peri peri chips.
