Hypnotherapy

I have some phobias that are having a direct, negative impact on my life and I also have a real problem with food. Does hypnotherapy actually work for these kind of things? I'd obviously have to pick just 1 and focus on that but it's very expensive and I don't want to throw my money away on a scam.

Hypnotherapy can be really good for all sorts of phobias. There is evidence out there although it is mixed sometimes depending on susceptibility. In my experience as a hypnotherapist, it works well. Look for someone that you can trust - its much more of a two way thing that going to the doctor. If you are worried about it being a scam, maybe find someone who offers you a money-back guarantee? Make them put their money where their mouth is!
