Neighbours 80th bday suggestions

Our lovely neighbour turns 80 on Thursday, she loves flowers but we've been buying her flowers weekly through lockdown. Any suggestions? I thought maybe an afternoon tea hamper but the dh doesn't drink hot drinks except a 3pm cup of beef oxo

The afternoon tea sounds nice, it's her birthday not his, and if he wants oxo, then she gets two cups of tea!

Could you do an actual afternoon tea in the garden? Serve the dh oxo ;)

Afternoon tea cakes & scones for her, and a pork pie or cheese sandwich to go with his hot oxo.
Or a champagne, blinis & smoked salmon lunch or aperitif?

Tin of fancy biscuits?

Bottle of decent sherry, and some nibbles?

Or could he have a cold drink? I don't think it has to be hot...
