What's the first thing you ate today?

Inspired by my appalling choice today...
First thing I ate was a chocolate éclair at lunch.. I never eat breakfast and usually have a shake or a cup of tea.. In the week I'm normally v good.. Today hasn't had a good start today though!

A banana before I went food shopping

Greek yoghurt with blueberries, honey and flaked almonds.

A bowl of dal tadka at about 10 am, and then a Tesco's Finest lemon curd yoghurt at 12 ish.

A shop bought cheese mayo sandwich with a packet of beefy monster munch and some chocolate and mint tea.

Lightly toasted English muffin, with jalapeño cream cheese and crispy streaky bacon.

Then I had two more buttered muffins
