I reported to them yesterday the fact that my shopping kept getting dumped out of the basket of my home delivery, due tomorrow. They said IT were on it and to try again later.
Just been on again and it’s still happening. They say IT are still on it.
Grrrr

Over the last few weeks, every time I click on an item to ‘add to basket’ it adds 2 of said item.
If I click on the arrow to add 2 items, it adds 3!
It means I have to keep going into the basket and amending the amounts.
Very frustrating.

I had that yesterday. Tried to delete one item and it emptied the entire 100 item basket.

Yes this happened to me on Wednesday. Shopping delivered on Thursday was missing half of what I wanted as it must have been deleted out of a previous basket

Urg mine did this 3 times yesterday. In the end, I just saved it/checked out every 30 ish items so it couldn't keep deleting it all

Oh! This happened to me last night, I thought I'd done something stupid! I did the shop, got to the end and it wasn't very expensive, then my 'we think you've forgotten' items were all stuff that I'd put in the basket. Looked back through and 2/3 of the shop had disappeared. Thank god I noticed or we'd have had no fridge or frozen food at all. Or loo roll!

I had some issues last week. When I was using the app everything I was adding disappeared. I’ve started to use the laptop near to delivery time.

No staff discount online either.
Very glitchy.

I've started taking screenshots of my click and collect baskets as things I know i have added have mysteriously disappeared from my basket on collection.

I’ve also had stuff delivered that I didn’t put in my basket. It’s stuff from my favourites that I did not click on. Up until recently I just kept the stuff, but now I ring up and get a refund as they’re taking the pi**.

Oh OP I was swearing last night too. Had to resort to saving every few minutes.

It took my whole Saturday night really, I was not happy.

Mine added a loaded of car washing stuff which I saw and deleted but when delivered was missing a few items that I buy weekly. I thought I was going mad!

Their site is ridiculously glitchy. Recently it wouldn’t let me checkout when I wanted to add in some items.

It never adds in the “we think you’ve forgotten” items; I have to go back and look them up individually

For two days it just kept bringing me to the log in page and wouldn’t put anything in my basket.

Tesco is the reason I got a revolution card because I wouldn’t trust their system with my real bank details.

Oh dear! We haven’t seen any problems but I’ll keep an eye out. It occasionally takes something out of the basket that is unavailable but you have to scroll down to see those items and I often miss them.

I like getting the sheet by email beforehand but it’s no good if half the stuff you wanted is missing. I no longer rely on it being a full delivery; I know I’ll have to nip out which kind of misses the point.

I gave up with Tesco a few months ago when I ordered a delivery which didn’t turn up within the hour it was supposed to (9-10pm).
Rang them and they said the driver would be there by 11pm.
It didn’t come so I rang them again the next morning and they just said,
‘We just didn’t end up delivering it and we aren’t going to’

I cancelled my delivery saver pass and never used them again.
Shame cos I liked their app and found it very easy to use but seems I’m not missing anything there now either!
