Cow milk alternatives

So I'm looking at reducing my cow milk intake and trying to find a good alternative and generally be a bit healthier.

I recently had some oat milk which was really lovely, but then found out it's full of sugar and has just as many calories as regular milk!

I don't like the taste of soy milk, so what would be some good alternatives to look at?

Hazelnut milk.
Coconut milk.
Both nice but taste odd in tea.

I’d say it’s not about the calories. And it’s added sugar that is the problem- oat milk is just natural sugars from the oats so I wouldn’t worry about it. I personally like unsweetened soya in tea (long life not fresh), my son likes almond (blue diamond- all the rest are roasted) or oat milk in tea, all of us prefer almond milk in porridge.

Cow milk fairly high in sugar. You need to find one which is forfeited with dairy and iodine. Oatley Barista range is and so is ASDA own oat milk so maybe their other alternative mills are too.
