Hi all,
My DC has been asked along to a play date in Lego land but I’ve just seen how expensive the tickets are. Does anyone know of there are any promotions? Like on cereal packets?

You can buy tickets with 3 to 1 clubcard points.

Though I'd be really unhappy for another family to invite my dc to something so expensive and expect me to pay. I hope they checked with you before telling your dc!

Cheapest way is to book online in advance.

I’ll look at club card. Online is still about £39 a person.
And the invite wasn’t paid. It’s extended family and we are the higher earners so we always end up paying our own way and then end up somehow getting lunch for everyone.

Kel*g's cereal and cereal bars. You might need to look for them in cheaper shops like Iceland and Pound Under. I think they are Adult goes free.

You can usually buy tickets on EBay quite cheaply - people buy them with promotions and then sell them on. They never check the names on the tickets.

You could suggest taking packed lunches.
We used to have Merlin passes and went to Legoland a lot.
It saves a lot of time to graze throughout the day whilst queuing, or eat in one of the picnic areas or whilst watching the Friends/Pirate show.

I'd recommend taking food and drink, and a cagoule just in case.
Snacks and soft drinks are a bit pricey.
