What to do about Etsy Seller

I ordered a bespoke item from Etsy last month. They’re all made individually so the despatch time was a bit longer which was absolutely fine of course and I ordered on that basis. The item is for a gift for a birthday tomorrow and the estimated delivery date was Saturday 8th at the latest. The item didn’t arrive so I gave it till Monday and messaged her via Etsy. She replied on Tuesday morning to say she had the tracking number and would let me know where it was. No issues with that. By the evening she hasn’t gotten back to me so I messaged her again to ask for the tracking number and she replied to say she was sorry she’d forgotten to reply to me but she’d spoken to the delivery company (not sure who she’s sent it with) and they have lost the item. She apologised and said she had the same product already made in stock so would post is Wednesday as next day delivery if that was ok with me. I said yeah that’s fine no problem with that, could she send me the tracking so I can keep an eye on the delivery to make sure I’m
In. She never replied to that message but i assumed she’d have just sent it. Anyway the item has not arrived even though she did say it was being sent next day delivery so should have been here yesterday. I messaged her this morning but she hasn’t replied.

I order LOADS from Etsy, I honestly order 2 or 3 times a week and have never had this issue. Of course things have come late/been delayed but the seller has always kept me really informed. Sent me the tracking info etc. The product was key to something that’s happening tomorrow and it’s too late to source another one as it’s a personalised product (don’t want to say exactly what it is as there’s only a few sellers that seem to do this item on Etsy) so really it’s ruined them plans. Supportive of small businesses and always always take the time to review items etc and I know Etsy can be really funny about bad reviews so don’t want to get her in trouble with them but I’m at a bit of a loss!
