I came off the mini pill a few weeks ago and for the last few days towards the end of going to the loo I get a pain in my lower right stomach and now it's happening all the time, randomly coming on and on both sides.
I've been given antibiotics for a UTI from the doctors but they haven't touched the pain so I'm starting to think it's not actually a UTI and actually more a side effect coming off the pill, I haven't had a period in 7 years thanks to the pill and the only thing I can think of in the area the pain is in is my ovaries. I did mention coming off the pill to the doctor but she wasn't phased.
I will go back to the doctors if it doesn't ease/gets worse in the next few days but just wondered if anyone had experienced similar when coming off a birth control and I'm just being a wimp who's away to have the worst period ever?
