Seems too good to be true, is this a scam?

Not a scam in the conventional sense but they take 20% of the money raised.

Personally I avoid.

I don't know, but there was a house and car raffled through raffall which is similar.
They did a live draw in which a name was mentioned and then they quickly changed it to someone else. They claimed the wifi dipped.
I don't know if it actually was a scam or not but someone is now investigating and the family that hosted the raffle have had lots of hassle.
There are others who started out on raffall who have set up their own raffle sites and friends and family members often win.
It seems these raffle sites are not properly regulated and I wouldn't participate again.
