Alternative to Uber - london

I’m travelling to work fairly frequently, tube lines are not open to where I need to get to so I’ve been using Uber. Last few weeks they have been awful, long wait, says 5 mins took much longer, drivers don’t seem able to say hello upon getting into car nor follow routes. Is there an alternative? Are Addison Lee any good?

My son uses Bolt now. Cheaper than Uber

I use Addison Lee, generally more expensive than Uber but more efficient.

They also take unaccompanied minors age 12+ which is really useful. Uber don’t.
