Is it possible to get a positive 10 days before your period is due ?

I don't believe it is. I think the earliest is 3-4 days before but the result is far more reliable if taken on or after your period due date.

Very unlikely I'd have thought. Depends more on how many days after you ovulate. For me I have about 10 days between ovulation and next cycle starting, so 10 days before a period I'd have barely had a chance to be pregnant.

Depends on your cycles and how long before your period you ovulate but typically, no. I think 6 days before AF is the very very earliest a FRER can detect a pregnancy.

I'd say the very earliest you could get a positive is 9/10dpo so no 10 dsys before period would be too soon as it takes at least 5 days for the egg to reach the womb where it then takes time to implant at around 7dpo x

Depends when you ovulate

It takes on average 5 days for a fertilised egg to become a blastocyst ( some get there day 4 for others it might be day 6)

Then it needs to hatch and attach to the uterine wall so say another day for that

So you are looking at 5-7 post ovulation before hcg starts being produced

Then it needs to be high enough for a pregnancy test to detect it

The earliest positive I've had Is 8 days post ovulation but that was with twins

I got a positive with my DD 8 days before my period was due,

It depends if you ovulated early.
