Any good easy recipes that involve creme fraiche topped jacket potatoes?

I have some creme fraiche needs eating and would I like to top some jackets, any suggestions what I could do?

You lovely lot have helped me make a few dishes recently which have been a big hit.

I'd have them with prawns or salmon, and salad. Yum.

Crispy bacon, fried onion and blue cheese such as Stilton or saint agur

Roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach with balks pepper and garlic

Chilli as a jacket potato topping with the creme fraiche on top maybe with coriander too ( we do similar with sour cream on wedges - is a favourite)

Chives!

Seconding what @Crazylikechocolate said - jacket topped with chilli then creme fraiche then a sprinkle of chives is wonderful.

Equally a ratatouille would be great with that combo too

Chilli on top of jacket.. dollop of Creme freche on top. Simple but delish.. have a few chives knocking around sprinkle them on top.. eat voila!!!
