Flashed at with DD - so cross

This was a week ago but I'm still fuming.

I was walking with 16 month old DD in a sling, in a fairly busy park. Going down a relatively secluded path, a man was apparently weeing in a hedge (gross in itself).

He then turned round and very obviously still had his dick on show - I'm sure he was waiting in his pretend wee till a woman came past.

I'm so cross about it, if I was by myself I would have been disgusted but over it quickly.

But I'm furious that DD is only tiny and has already been flashed at - I know she was totally oblivious but it's the principle of it.

I'm sure the police would do diddly squat, but I wonder if I should report it just so I feel less helpless.
