After rading a post about feeling flat despite restrictions easing (and my own mental health issues atm) I thought it would be nice to start a thread where we help each other find joy in the little things.
What gives meaning to your life each day? What little things make you happy?
For me it's having a nice coffee and getting outside for a walk. Chatting to a friend not on zoom is helping too! Would love to see what helps everyone else.
