Just waiting for the engineer recommended to call me back, but I’m a bit ticked off. The house we’re buying needs a structural to confirm chimney breasts were removed properly.
If they were, the owner should have a certificate of some sort, right? It looks to me more like they have built in the alcoves rather than knocked out the chimney breast.
Not sure what I’m asking really, just having a vent!
