Never noticed it (but I rarely read pregnancy threads, so could be why) but yes it's silly. I'm sure I'll be seeing it everywhere now.

Hope the toddler or new man or whats-his-name comes out safely.

I hate it when men say "we are pregnant " as if he and his partner are going to carry the baby to term on a rota basis.
