For the man that doesn't want anything. His birthday is also very shortly before our wedding. Ideas please :)

Could you go to picnic together? Get a bottle of nice wine and a meal from his favorite place and it'll be perfect. You can also make a Happy Birthday video for him, ask his and your friends and family to say several words about him (funny stories, maybe how they met, etc), say something yourself, and then combine it into one video. You'll need a slideshow creator for PC to do that, use something like Smartshow 3d or Slidely, these are the most simple and you won't have to spend a lot of time figuring them out.
