Is this lasagne or cottage pie?

I was making cottage pie and made a big error - I put tinned tomato in. So the pot contains: mince, onions, carrots, swede, and tinned tomatoes. It's too late to take anything out. It's been simmering for an hour now.

Should I continue to make this into cottage pie? Or turn it into a lasagne? Or any other ideas? Help!

Cottage pie
I couldn't put carrots and swede into lasagne , though I did have (in a resturant) lasagne that had sweetcorn ans peas in it Shock

I've done all sorts of veg lasagnes, including with sweet potatoes and squash. Swede doesn't seem the greatest of leaps from that... but it does have a very particular taste.

Is it Worcestershire sauce or Worcester square??

The most lovely veg lasagne I’ve made is with garlic mushrooms and asparagus (hey - and tomatoes !) Im sure your family enjoyed the cottage pie tonight 🙂
